Experimental experience and laboratory training: Experimental surgery: 1). Teaching experience in experimental surgery for graduate students in Dalian Medical University 2).  Profound experience in variety of in vitro and in vivo (animals studies in dogs, cats, rabbits, rats and mice).          Electrico-neurophysiology:      1). Acquisition and analysis of electrical activities (EEG, and various EPs) on scalp, cortex and deep brain in humans and animals      2). Recording and analysis of electrical signals from brain slice, single unit neurons and peripheral nerves      3).  Recording and analysis of muscular electrical activity      4).  Patch-clamp techniques           Molecular Neurobiology:      1).Transformation of DNA, DNA analysis, sequence, PCR, gene transfection, immunohistochemistry, insitu hybridization      2).
